Lobster Mac and Cheese Recipe
Ingredients:
For the Lobster:
- 2 lobster tails (about 1 pound total)
- 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions:
1. Cook the Lobster:

- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet. Split the shells to expose the meat, and season with butter, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.

2. Cook the Pasta:

- Add the cooked pasta to the cheese sauce and stir to coat the pasta evenly.
- Gently fold in the chopped lobster meat.
5. Prepare the Topping:
- In a small bowl, mix the panko bread crumbs, melted butter, Parmesan cheese, and parsley (if using).
6. Bake:
- Preheat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
- Transfer the lobster mac and cheese to a baking dish.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the top.
